"this is my third stay at this Hyatt location and it’s a great hotel. Very quiet, clean and has a large secure parking lot which was great as I had a vehicle full of personal items parked overnight. It’s my go to choice when visiting Pittsburgh."

"Our room had an incredibly comfy L-shaped couch and a round table and a small desk with desk chair and a little island with one stool, so lots of seating and eating options. The kitchenette was very functional (large fridge, two electric burners, sink, pots and pans, dishes, etc.). The bathroom was also good and had shelves to put your stuff on, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately there was a spot of mold on the wall above the sink and a little in the shower (but we ignored it). The closet and dresser setup was great as well (real hangers, not those stupid ones that are permanently attached to the rail). I didn't like that there was no real housekeeping service from day to day -- they will give you new towels but will not make your bed (even with the same sheets) or give you new soap. On the night we arrived our body wash pump was empty and we had to request a fresh one from the desk; they did not refill the one in the shower while we were there. The pool was on the small side but a nice amenity if you could catch it empty. The gym was tight and could have used more space for weights -- and additional bench and/or a few dedicated weight machines would be a very helpful upgrade, but there was no extra space. Breakfast was tasty (I loved the add-ins for the cereal!) and the whole breakfast area was clean and well-maintained."

"After the 3rd party booking app messed up our reservation, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and reassuring. They cleared up the issue and provided further information to ensure we would not be taken advantage of further. Every staff member from bartender to bell hop was courteous and helpful. Every member of staff we encountered were exceptional. The food however, left much to be desired and the cleanliness was fine but not comforting eg. dust and grime in corners, dirty cutlery, and the windows were noticeably unkept."
