Do not hesitate to book, amazing location central to most activities and great dining near the University campus. Great street parking was always available, and the road itself was fairly quiet so very little street noise. The two bed setup with extra couch bed worked excellent, and comfortably accommodated five of us. Kitchen was well stocked, and the welcome basket and booklet were much appreciated. FREE gym access included.
