Overall we were satisfied with the room and staffs. Spacious, clean, nice bathtub, but the bed was too soft to sleep well for us.

Eurostars Palacio de Christal is great! Very futuristic. Overall the hotel is clean, centrally located. We had a great view from our very large room. The was a shower and an separate bathtub in our room. Beds are very comfortable with is a must after long road trip. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Futuristic hotel
This is an amazing building. Think it's called "the Crab" by the locals. Convenient location, with a pleasant bar. Be careful with the services on the TV (which is an iPTV). What seemed to be logging in for internet access turned out to be a scam for a music / games etc service with a monthly bill of £29.99. There have been attempts to bill my credit card which I have had to change..

Excellent hotel, with friendly staff and great breakfast. Parking expensive but lots of room. One criticism that no notification of Special offer meal in restaurant having to be pre booked at reception.

Great staff, great location. Rooms are big. Bathroom is big as well. Shower is a pain in the neck but you can use the bathtub with shower. Overall a great stay.

Stay in an architectural masterpiece
Several free short-term parking spots in front of the hotel for guests checking in and out are convenient. Breakfast was a large buffet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Did feel like we were missing some furniture (was it removed because of Covid?) Bed was very comfortable. Nice linens and towels. Enjoyed our stay in this architecturally interesting Calatrava-designed building. There is street parking available nearby and also an underground parking lot. We left our car near the hotel and walked into the city center.

This is an amazing hotel inside a Calatrava Building. Magnificent. Room was spacious, good design with great views. The bathrroom had a bath tub and shower all in mint conditions. Great value for money on top of! And within 10 mins walk to city center. Highly recommended, will be back!

I have a wrong type of room, I booked one king bed and 1 twin for a total of 3 people and they gave me 3 twins. The parking was not available. Good condition and location. Pillows were super big I didnot rest well.

Rooms are really spacious with lovely views. Decoration is cool and modern, like the whole hotel. Friendly staff and fabulous breakfast with an enormous variety of cold meats and pastries, as well as the usual hot buffet which isn’t that common in Spanish provinces.

A very modern designed building, the rooms are comfortable but may require some maintenance, our room offered a multiple jet shower but needed maintenance as it was very clanky to use. The breakfast was great and so was the bar. The hotel is located a bit removed from the centre of the city.

Its a stunning hotel with amazing rooms. The only negative is that they close the restaurant on subdays and mondays, including room service, which is inconvenient.

Brilliant, stunning, fantastic, loved My stay at ayre hotel,the architecture, the way it just seems to have been sat down in middle of blocks of flat, like a giant space ship! stunning! staff were excellent! matching the architecture! especially pelayo! great service from him, about walking into town, where to go,etc! excellent, plus place again was spotlessy clean!so Big thanks to staff who cleaned the room! breakfast also was good selection! self service in big airy room,loved it! great sense of space! Just a complete joy to have stayed here!! brilliant!

It was a good size room, comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom with separate shower and bath. Parking was easy underneath the building with lots of space. It was a 20-30 minute walk to most restaurants and shopping although there were dining options both in the hotel and a few close to it.
