All of our fully furnished condos have a different theme, from "The Crawler" for all those Jeepers off-road enthusiasts, and the "Ice Axe" for all those amazing ice climbers, to "The Nordic" for all those that enjoy different kinds of self-propelled activities in our beautiful area!

While all three ground level 2 bedroom/2bath condos have a different theme, based on amazing area activities, all three have the exact same layout. Each condo is equipped with a full kitchen, which includes spices and condiments, washer and dryer, and even a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. The primary has a king bed and television with attached bath, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen. The couch in the living room pulls out as a hide abed. We are nestled on the Uncompahgre River, with outdoor seating beside the river to enjoy the spectacular sights and sounds. Finally, look up... The mountain views from this property are spectacular!

Park and walk everywhere. Fantastic town, very safe for kids to walk and get food, and can walk to Box Canyon. Really fun, the mountains are so pretty and great star gazing from the side yard.
This place was beautiful. It was well kept, and walking distance from the downtown area. Wished we would have seen the bear that left the scat in the front yard while we were there. He was very elusive. Would definately stay here again.
Location was perfect for walking around town and walking our dog. She loved sitting outside the condo and walking around the grass area people watching.
Great little place in the cutest little town! Beautiful drive north and south of town. We included drives to Black Canyon of the gunnison national park and Telluride - million dollar highway and half million was more like another million!
Giving 5 stars with a couple mentions - there was noise from upstairs tenant/renter, very early in the morning. Also, the queen bed is very wobbly, if one person moves, the whole bed shakes. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable. Good location & size was perfect for two couples.
Stayed four nights in Ouray. Excellent location! Check in easy. Large bedrooms and nice kitchen/dining/living room area with plenty of room to cook and play games. Clean all around! Close to many hiking trails and close walk to town and to one of the various hot springs locations. We loved our stay in Ouray and in the “Crawler”! Would definitely return!

Loved the location, everywhere in Ouray was walkable. Loved the unit, plenty of space, very clean. Definitely consider staying here again when in the area.
We were within easy walking distance of the Main Street with all the restaurants and shops and just far enough away to enjoy the quiet. The bedding was comfortable as well.
We loved staying here. It's a beautiful condo with a lot of space and comfort. The view was amazing and we loved listening to the river every night. We will definitely stay here again when we're in Ouray
First off, communication and help and advice from Cam, First Class!! Answered all my questions, even the dumb ones, since we had never been to Ouray. LOCATION is just beautiful, close enough to town for all your needs, walkable for some. Creekside so the sound amazing when sitting outside, deer just walk over to nibble on his grass. Twin Peaks hot springs literally down the street for a day pass to relax. Worth the few extra dollars for the true Hot Springs experience rather than feeling like your at a community pool. Fit our group of 5 perfectly, everything you need is there. Beds very comfortable, ceiling fans and additional box fans are there which was great to have. I have already shared this listing with a few people and will for sure stay again when we visit Ouray! THANK YOU for sharing your home, you truly have a beautiful place.
