  • Wake up to mountain views, grazing deer, and golden alpine sunsets, all just steps from trails, parks, and downtown Ouray. The windows bathe the room in natural light and offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It is straight across from Felin Park and Ouray Hot Springs!

    If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located mountain stay with historic charm, this condo is ready to welcome you.
    We welcome one well-behaved dog per stay.

    Other things to note:

    Please note that this house, built in the 1800s, is a historic/ older home; therefore, this condo has a lot of character and quirks, and we do not have all the modern amenities. Additionally, we cannot overload the electricity capacity. Many of our guests appreciate the location, coziness, and sleeping capacity.

    ~EV vehicles must charge at the town's EV charging station located by the Hot Springs parking lot, not at the property.

    We are a Vacation Rental Management Company, not a private host. Therefore, we reserve the right to hold a security deposit before your arrival outside the booking platform. The security deposit will be released upon inspection 3-4 business days after your departure.
