We welcome one well-behaved dog per stay. \~$100 pet fee \~ Please add your pet under the “Guests” section when booking. Other things to note: Please note that this house, built in the 1800s, is a historic/ older home; therefore, this condo has a lot of character and quirks, and we do not have all the modern amenities. Additionally, we cannot overload the electricity capacity. Many of our guests appreciate the location, coziness, and sleeping capacity. \~EV vehicles must charge at the town's EV charging station located by the Hot Springs parking lot, not at the property. We are a Vacation Rental Management Company, not a private host. Therefore, we reserve the right to hold a security deposit before your arrival outside the booking platform. The apartment is clean, and the kitchen is excellent. Its location is superb, overlooking the town park that borders the Hot Springs Pool, with twenty or so mule deer coming out to graze at night. The condo was older but was clean and had most amenities and appointments most people would be seeking.
