From ‘’Beachgarden’’, you can enjoy stunning views over an authentic part of Ouddorp, de Stelleweg. This picturesque street is surrounded by agriculture. You can easily take your bike with you to enjoy the multiple cycling routes that guide you through all special spots in Ouddorp aan Zee. Moreover, you can reach the North Sea beach and the center of Ouddorp within ten minutes by bike. The house is stylishly decorated. You can enjoy lovely and cosy evenings here, either with your partner or your family. The open kitchen is provided with all necessities like a microwave and a dishwasher. The first floor gives you access to two bedrooms. Since there are five beds present, it is possible to stay at the house with five people. Also, there is room for a crib that is present in the house. You can directly enter the beautiful ‘Beachgarden’ from the kitchen, which will give you a pleasant summer feeling. Der Urlaub startete schon mal schlecht, denn wir mussten erst mal eine Runde putzen. Das Bad war total versifft, wer hier zart besaitet ist, reist direkt ab. Der Staubsauger stank dermaßen nach Dreck und nassem Hund, so dass wir - bis auf die Endreinigung - nur gekehrt haben. Zudem musste der Kühlschrank erst mal gereinigt werden, die Essensreste vom Vorgänger waren noch zu sehen. Email-Beschwerde inkl. einiger Fotos wurden beim Vermieter (BHVK Leisure) ignoriert bzw. mit einer kleinen Entschuldigungsemail abgetan. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist relativ klein. Man muss durch das Badezimmer gehen, um durch den Mini-Flur + steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss zu kommen. Das Dachgeschoss hätte auch mal wieder einen Anstrich nötig (hier sieht man einige Wasserflecken und die verputzten Platten sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen). Auch wichtig zu wissen - im Obergeschoss liegt Teppichboden! Weiteres Problem, man kann kein Fester im UG kippen, d. h. wir hatten zum Teil über 32 Grad im Häuschen. Auch etwas, was wir nicht verstehen: der Couchtisch war von Hunden angefressen sowie einige Sofa-Kissen. Bestimmt wurde hier die hinterlegte Kaution einbehalten, doch eine Neuanschaffung / Ausbesserung hat nicht stattgefunden. Das kleine Gärtchen ist eingezäunt, so dass Vierbeiner den Garten gut nutzen können. Beim vorhandenen Sandkasten ist die Abdeckung kaputt, auch hier wird nichts gemacht. Fazit: Finger lieber weg davon - für das viele Geld kommt man in Ouddorp anderweitig viel besser unter ##### Andreas B. Preis und Unterkunft passen nicht zusammen. Von der kleinen Diele geht eine sehr steile Treppe nach oben ins überaus schräge Dachgeschoss. Für Hunde und ältere Personen ungeeignet. Um von der Diele in den Wohnraum zu kommen, geht man durch das Badezimmer. Das Bad hat ein Doppelwaschbecken. Die eingebaute Dusche ist klein und hat auch schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel. Der Wohnraum lässt sich auch über die Terasse erreichen. Im Wohnraum stehen zwei bequeme Sofas und eine noch jungen Essecke. Die Küche hat auch schon schönere Zeiten gesehen. Der Backofen ist in keinem guten Zustand. Er wurde, nachdem wir es gemeldet hatten, nochmals gereinigt. Doch der Zustand änderte sich nicht wesentlich. Der Laminatboden im Küchenbereich lösst sich aufgrund von Feuchtigkeit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen. Der Ort hat Flair und einen sehr schönen Strand. Schade☹🐶 ##### Holger N.
