For me it is important because we are doing the Camino and for me a bath is too hard to slower. They were nice and changed my room. The other incident someone open our room - 9:00 pm. Enrique was really helpful. He went beyond to help us; Kudos to him. The director was nice, but not so helpful. We were in The Camino and this hotel was our rest day. We rested nicely and were able to enjoy Logroño."
