"Love the location. Excellent service. Drive to all centralize Rioja bodegas. Very quiet and peacefull place. Excellent rooms and soft pillows. Excellent bath and shower. The hotel staff was happy to provide some parking coaching as needed. The small street on which the street is located is quiet and safe.
The hotel is located three blocks from Laurel Street (LS) which is the renowned, festive, and delicious tapas section of town. LS can be pretty raucous on FR and SAT nights— too many bachelor/bachelorette parties but any other night, it’s a nice place to stroll with local cross-generational friends and families. The diners go from one cafe/bar to another to sample a broad array of tapas or “pintxos” as many are known north of Madrid—especially in the Basque region. I"
