Fresh, full of light, this property stands in the countryside, twenty abundant minutes from the coast, this small estate offers privacy and a full immersion in the Apulia countryside, yet it’s close to all the most relevant destinations in the area, just seven kilometres from Ostuni. The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a newclassic style with modern tiled floors and tuff stone walls together with vaulted ceilings that lend a rustic and airy feel to the interiors. Elements of classic local residential architecture, such as the exposed stones, are combined with contemporary touches, like bottom to ceiling windows and modern infrastructure and energysaving systems.   
  
\-10 guests can occupy the property in 4 double bedrooms in the main building and 1   
bedroom in the annexe;
