The apartment is an excellent starting point for exploring the “White City” of Salento, as it is located just 150 metres from Piazza della Libertà and the Column of Sant’Oronzo. The charming historic centre, with the beautiful Cathedral of Santa Maria and the must-see Museum of Preclassical Civilisations of Southern Murgia, is just a 5-minute walk away.<br><br><br><br>The 45-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with a separate entrance, on a pedestrian street, and is NOT accessible by car. You’ll need to climb about ten steps to reach it.<br><br><br><br>The interior is laid out as follows:<br><br>- KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave<br><br>- LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa, and smart TV<br><br>- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and ceiling fan<br><br>- BATHROOM equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall.<br><br><br><br>Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, mosquito screens, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.<br><br>Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).<br><br><br><br>7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
