A very enjoyable stay. Excellent facilities, good locations, very comfortable room and delicious breakfast. The dinner menu could be expanded perhaps, to cater for different tastes and children, but this is a small point. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely, restorative place. The whole place is beautiful, the bed so comfortable, the breakfast delicious! My favourite accomodation during my month in Italy. I felt replenished after my 3 nights. I wish I could have stayed longer. Just a short drive to Ostuni which has many great restaurants. This Masseria would be an amazing place for a dream wedding!

We expected a great stay but left disappointed. The property is beautiful and the food fantastic, but the AC in our unit was broken. Staff assured us it would be fixed but gave no updates until we asked. After asking, they moved us for the first night only, as all rooms were booked the second night. When we returned to our original room, we requested a fan, which they provided—but it fell short of the luxury experience we expected. We shared our disappointment, and while they offered a complimentary bottle of wine at dinner, it felt more like a reaction than a genuine gesture. For such a nice property, the service felt reactive rather than proactive.

The staff and amenities at the Masseria were absolutely amazing! They made our anniversary celebration extra special. We spent days by the pool soaking in the sights of the property. The breakfast is also perfection with fresh fruits, bacon, eggs etc.

The service and room quality and amenities were top notch. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is very good and the dinner menu is varied enough and good quality. Masseria Santo Scalone is a modern luxury experience set within a walled medieval compound. Located right outside Ostuni, it was the perfect base to explore Puglia or just stay put and enjoy all the amenities. The food was excellent. The staff was exceptional. We arrived from our adventures each evening to a made to order Hugo Spritz. We highly highly recommend Masseria Santo Scalone for your Puglia adventures.

A hidden gem outside of Ostuni!

My wife and I happened upon this place last minute while in transit between Bari and the south of Puglia, and we couldn’t be happier we did. While it is a little bit off the beaten track, the hotel and grounds are absolutely stunning and have been recently upgraded to incredible quality and chic style. The staff were wonderful, the food was fantastic, the pool and outdoor seating very nice and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay and wished we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this place for those who are looking for a more relaxing countryside setting than needing to be right in the heart of Ostuni.

The Masseria is a stunning hotel with meticulously designed gardens and tastefully furnished common areas. The intimate rooms are well-insulated and adorned with thoughtful decor, featuring private balconies. However, the dining experience during lunch and supper fell short of expectations, lacking in execution and flavors. On a positive note, the included breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection. The welcome drink upon arrival is a nice touch and greatly appreciated.

Precisa melhorar

E um bom hotel acredito que tenham muito que melhorar ainda Principais Pontos : colocar garçom para servir hóspedes na piscina, pois tínhamos que ir atrás deles dentro do Hotel, mais opções de pasta no menu uma vez que é uma masseria. Colocar black out no quarto, as cortinas eram pessimas, travesseiros melhores. Outro ponto é que tem uma irrigação automática que nos dava todo dia indo café da manhã e à tarde, acredito que deveriam reposiciona las para não passarmos esse constrangimento de chegar pra comer molhados, enfim é lugar bonito mas precisa de bom up grade . Obrigada

Posto magnifico, camera ampia e spaziosa! Tutto perfetto, ma quello che fa la differenza è il personale incredibilmente gentile e ospitale! All’arrivo ti fanno fare un bellissimo giro per la struttura e offrono un welcome drink! Colazione ottima e abbondante, su richiesta fanno anche le uova (strapazzate, occhio di bue…)! Purtroppo a causa del tempo non siamo riuscite a sfruttare la piscina, ma questo è sicuramente un motivo per tornare!
