The property has private parking and a well-kept and colorful garden that embraces the house and the beautiful panoramic pool (4x10 m) with a view of the Apulian countryside. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, a table for outdoor lunches and dinners and a shaded relaxation area under the patio. The outdoor spaces are completed by a barbecue corner, an outdoor shower and an outdoor bathroom with toilet, sink and laundry room . The interiors welcome a warm and authentic living room, equipped with a dining table, stone seat with cushions, stone fireplace, armchairs and TV. The kitchenette, complete with every comfort, is illuminated by a large panoramic window and connected directly to the outside. There is also a service bathroom. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, both with French windows and direct access to the outside. The rooms are harmoniously connected to each other, creating an intimate and welcoming environment, ideal for families or couples who want to share spaces in a cozy atmosphere.
