"Wonderful situation, great views and great walks. Very nice Parador and the Reception staff were very good indeed. Less so the dining room staff. At breakfast and dinner they were not at all attentive to guests' needs. If you wanted something then you had to get up and walk to a member of staff to get their attention. At dinner, meals were often delivered to the wrong table. At breakfast, no member of staff came to your table to offer you tea or coffee or a cooked beakfast. They need a lesson in customer service!"
