"This place is a gem! Spacious and comfortable and outfitted for anything you could need! My three little boys loved the ping pong table in the garage and we appreciated the labels in the kitchen so we could find everything we needed. Location is great! Close to Avila Beach, Oceano Dunes, Pismo Beach - would definitely recommend!"

"We were a group of 20—grandparents, parents, and grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 67—and these units were perfect for our family vacation. They were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The units were fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchens were well stocked with cookware, dishes, and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for a large group. We especially enjoyed the gas grills and fire pits, which became evening gathering spots.Parking was plentiful, although we occasionally had to shuffle vehicles to get one out. The game room garages were a huge hit with the kids whenever we weren't out exploring.Our hosts were excellent communicators, responding promptly throughout our stay.The nearest beach access is about 1.5 miles away, but it's an easy drive.The units are on or near a busy main road, so there is noticeable traffic noise. It wasn't a deal-breaker for us, but those seeking a very quiet setting should be aware.While these are premium rentals, we felt they were well worth the investment. The spacious accommodations, amenities, and overall experience made them an excellent value for our large family gathering.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend these units to large families or groups."

"The house was great! We had children with us and the convenience of having beach access right away was the best part! Everything we needed was provided! Anything you need to be on the sands was already there! Fire pit, beach toys for kids, beach chairs and bbq grill! Our children loved the house and did not want to leave!!Parking was easy and can fit 3 midsized suvs on the property. Plenty of space for our group of 13! (7 children) Tammy is amazing and helped with the whole booking process! Communication was superb and responds back fast! Instructions on checking in were easy to follow!I would definitely stay here again!"
