"The property was great. The five of us were very comfortable there. The house was very well stocked with food staples and cooking utensils. The back yard was really nice. The host was also very accommodating. We would stay there again."

"We were a group of 20—grandparents, parents, and grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 67—and these units were perfect for our family vacation. They were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The units were fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchens were well stocked with cookware, dishes, and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for a large group. We especially enjoyed the gas grills and fire pits, which became evening gathering spots.Parking was plentiful, although we occasionally had to shuffle vehicles to get one out. The game room garages were a huge hit with the kids whenever we weren't out exploring.Our hosts were excellent communicators, responding promptly throughout our stay.The nearest beach access is about 1.5 miles away, but it's an easy drive.The units are on or near a busy main road, so there is noticeable traffic noise. It wasn't a deal-breaker for us, but those seeking a very quiet setting should be aware.While these are premium rentals, we felt they were well worth the investment. The spacious accommodations, amenities, and overall experience made them an excellent value for our large family gathering.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend these units to large families or groups."

"We had such a wonderful stay. Peri and Jeff are wonderful hosts. Peri is so good with our girls. She showed them how to feed her farm animals and let them put out their food. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed walking around in the wonderful cool air in July. The house is lovely, The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. It was very clean. The beds were so comfortable."

"This spacious property is ideal for large families. Beautifully decorated with a modern beach theme. The property lacked good quality everyday common household items such as forks, cooking utensils and no kuerig. The kitchen cups etc are coated and sticky did not want to drink out of as well as the pots and pans these simple things need replacement Bathroom shower stall glass door is a danger and came out of railing, needs upgrade. This property could easily be 5 stars with an easy "refreshing" of these items. I loved the property Beautiful and charming and would definitely stay again. Price point is right on!"
