"The Days In. Was everything advertised. It was affordable, quiet and clean. Compared to the pricey alternatives in the immediate area, it is a real bargain. My only recommendation, replace the cushions or couches and chairs at the firepit area, very uncomfortable!"

"The Arroyo Village Inn in Arroyo Grande is a hidden gem. It's old school, a one story, about 20-unite motel, Roger and his family have been running/owning the Inn for some 25 years. The main reason I will come back year after year is because the personal pride he and his family have taken to the property. This is not a fanciful place in the least, but it perfectly suited my needs with a comfortable queen bed, small frig, microwave and of course bath, shower and AC/swamp cooler unit. I'm sorta a nut for the latter, need white noise and cool quarters. As a writer, on assignment, I was just seeking some peace and quiet and mild relaxation as I prepared for a long sports season ahead. The Arroyo Village Inn provided all and every time I had a question for Roger, he supplied prompt, quick responses. Everything felt personal and not corporate. The price was also a big plus and for me, worth every penny."

"This place is a gem! Spacious and comfortable and outfitted for anything you could need! My three little boys loved the ping pong table in the garage and we appreciated the labels in the kitchen so we could find everything we needed. Location is great! Close to Avila Beach, Oceano Dunes, Pismo Beach - would definitely recommend!"

"We were a group of 20—grandparents, parents, and grandchildren ranging in age from 4 to 67—and these units were perfect for our family vacation. They were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The units were fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchens were well stocked with cookware, dishes, and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for a large group. We especially enjoyed the gas grills and fire pits, which became evening gathering spots.Parking was plentiful, although we occasionally had to shuffle vehicles to get one out. The game room garages were a huge hit with the kids whenever we weren't out exploring.Our hosts were excellent communicators, responding promptly throughout our stay.The nearest beach access is about 1.5 miles away, but it's an easy drive.The units are on or near a busy main road, so there is noticeable traffic noise. It wasn't a deal-breaker for us, but those seeking a very quiet setting should be aware.While these are premium rentals, we felt they were well worth the investment. The spacious accommodations, amenities, and overall experience made them an excellent value for our large family gathering.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend these units to large families or groups."

"We had such a wonderful stay. Peri and Jeff are wonderful hosts. Peri is so good with our girls. She showed them how to feed her farm animals and let them put out their food. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed walking around in the wonderful cool air in July. The house is lovely, The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. It was very clean. The beds were so comfortable."
