"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "Lovely apartment nice area central location to city centre. Apt were clean and serviced to good standards. There were some little flies in the bathroom not sure if it's from the ventilation. On our last 2 nights there were noisy neighbours partying hard. Overall we will stay here again for our next visit "

"Upon check in for our anniversary our friends room was upgraded but ours was not, this was a little annoying but we weren't too bothered as we knew we would be busy. We didn't have breakfast booked, but it looked ok. The bar area is beautuful and has comfy seats, the rooms are really pretty and decorated to a fantastic standard. The shower is wonderful and always had hot water. A small gripe, no shower gel. The beds are incredible! The comfiest beds ever! Did not want to leave. Free hot coffee tea and hot chocolate 24h from the machines downstairs was a life saver! Overall I'd definitely recommend the hotel."
