Very cool Stay! We loved the kids futon!!😍 Deep dive into the Japanese culture. Everything was super interesting and we can’t wait to be back. Foods were delicious and Location nice next to Asari Ski resort. ありがとうございます！

Very good for overall. There is a laundry machine in the room. If you need more detergent, just ask, they’ll give you more. There is no dryer. So just hang in the room.
Located in Susukino, so it’s easy to walk around.
Staff are all friendly. I enjoyed my stay!

I had a great stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo. The location was excellent, situated between Susukino and Sapporo JR Station, making it easy to get around the city. Everything we wanted to see, do, and eat was within close proximity.
The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The daily breakfast was excellent and a great way to start each day before exploring Sapporo. What stood out was the staff. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their service made the experience even better. I would definitely stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo again and will be coming back on my next visit to Sapporo.
