The only real gripes are retrieving the keys, which is a little sketchy and over-complicated- as well as the locks on the doors being a bit finicky and difficult to unlock sometimes. Overall though the hotel is good quality, and placed in a peaceful and convenient area, and again, the staff were amazing.
