The hotel is centrally located in Umeda area with access to lots of train lines via JR Osaka station. Shopping is great in the area. Hotel is well-kept and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have an excellent concierge team that goes above and beyond to assist guests with their reservation needs. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who prefers a more upscale experience and away from the crowds.

Overall staff are very friendly and helpful. Location a bit far from local metro and it takes more than 10 mins to be there. Not sure if we stayed at 30th floor and upstairs always have unexpected noise happened every night which made the whole trip unpleasant. Apart from this matter overall were not bad tough.
