Second time at the Rihga Osaka, great hotel and excellent amenities. Love the location, just out of the centre but walkable and connected as required. Will be back if in Osaka in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was such a wonderful surprise to have our room upgraded several levels for our anniversary and my milestone birthday! We were also delighted to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers waiting for us in the room. We were so touched by these thoughtful gestures! The food is excellent, and the shuttle bus service is a great added convenience. Everything has made our stay extra special and memorable. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

We booked this hotel as website indicated a pool and sauna were included in our stay. It wasn’t until after we checked in and asked about these, that we were told they were only available with an additional fee! In house restaurants book up quickly and we were unable to eat at the hotel. There is a free shuttle from the airport but had wait for three buses as the first two were full. The hotel is beautiful and the staff member who assisted us with baggage delivery was extremely patient and accommodating!

Excellent hotel and highly recommend. It is a bit upscale but the shuttle bus really helps! Book early for USJ, I messaged the hotel in advance. Shuttle to Osaka station really makes life easy as the hotel is a bit far from the station.

Very elegant hotel, a bit outdated, though. Breakfast is wonderful and the view from the restaurant alone is worth paying for the meal! Room is ok, we expected a bit more due to the hotel rating and pricing. Overall a very nice hotel, location is not so central, but convenient. Nice bedding, linens and towel. Friendly staff.

The hotel was great. I was traveling with my husband and two kids. Rooms are big enough for 4 people. The bathroom was clean. Amenities in the hotel were good and clean, good restaurants and shops. 2 The shuttle bus service every 15 min to the Osaka station was very convenient for us. No complaints at all.
