The management were easily contactable via line and very helpful when our airline lost our baby stroller and the hot Water stopped working. The small kitchen was a great amenity and we were very satisfied with our stay. First of all, we didn't receive the information about how to access the room before we arrive. I have to call the owner to figure out how to access the room. The address shown on Hotels.com was not accurate at all. Second, there was no power when we finally got into the room. It took them 2 hours to fix the problem. Third, the room was messy. There was dirty clothes in the closet. the last but not the least, there was smoky smell in the room. I guess probably the previous guest burned something in the room. It made us feel very uncomfortable and couldn't have quality sleep. Fortunately, we only stayed there for one night. P.S. There was a warning message in the elevator said that apartment is not a hotel. Staying there is illegal and will be reported to police.
