Nice hotel, conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with good beds, a washing machine, and all the amenities we needed. As we were staying on one of the higher floors, we also had a lovely view over the city. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, with the famous takoyaki (octopus balls) and other local specialities to try. We were also able to leave our luggage at reception for a couple of days while travelling to another city, which was incredibly convenient.

We were so impressed by the kindness and flexibility during our stay. They accommodated an early check-in, had all of our luggage from our previous hotel waiting in our room, and even included thoughtful touches (handwritten welcome note). Loved staying here! Was a great experience and the room was amazing in size, it was only for one person and I only had a small carry one but still was big enough to move around comfortably, the view was amazing as well. The room was cleaned daily and they do deeper cleans every 3 days the hotel was very clean and everything was easy to locate.

Very well maintain hotel if you just need a place to stay. Located very close to Shin Osaka. We booked for 6 people and was given 2 rooms with 3 beds each which is nice. This hotel feels more like the American hotels instead of the traditional Japanese style hotel. We love the public bath house. Although, it was missing stuff like toothbrush, shaver, etc that can be gathered from the front desk on 2nd floor.
