It’s located in a very prime location, very close to the airport, train station and the shopping area. It’s reasonably clean and tidy , washroom is clean as well. Good choice for tourists.

Hotel Il Cuore Namba had a great location — super close to Namba Station and easy to get around — and the staff were very nice. However, overall it was one of our least favourite stays. The room and especially the bathroom were very small, which made it feel a bit cramped and uncomfortable. If you’re just looking for somewhere basic and convenient to sleep, it does the job.

Right in the thick of the shopping and dining district of Osaka, everything was within walking distance, and we spent so much time exploring Dotonbori. The room was typically small, but functional, and the staff were amazing, as in general mostly everyone is in Japan. I would recommend this hotel and book again in a heartbeat.

Excellent Location!

Just one block away from Nankai Namba station, super convenient! Literally come out from the train station, cross the street, and the hotel is there, exactly what we need! Department stores, shopping area, and restaurants, everything is just around the corner, highly recommended!

It has been at least 5 years since last time I stayed at this hotel . It is still well maintained and in good condition. Staffs are nice and the environment and staffs around are easy and make you a home-feel experience . Easy access to everywhere is a highlight of my stay. Thank you

Alright, here’s the deal. Prior to booking this hotel, I read the reviews like a hawk. I felt pretty confident going in what to expect with this hotel. Here’s my take: Location wise, it’s a fantastic hotel. You are literally 4 minute or 100 yards away from Osaka-Namba station which is one of the major hubs for subway and other public transportation. You are so close to other night markets and good restaurants near by. For these reasons alone, this hotel tops just about any place. My wife and I visited Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara, and felt that this hotel location was THE place to be where you are so close to transportation hub and shopping/restaurants. Staff members: good and friendly. They appear to speak fluent English. I didn’t have much an interaction with them so I won’t say much. Facility: this is where this hotel loses its ratings. As for the room, we got a double standard room. I’ll start by saying that it’s “cute”. My wife and I stayed comfortably without any problems. However, as any place in Japan, space is limited. If you have more than two large luggage, the space will be pretty tight. But then again, you can get a bigger room or another 30-40 (dollars - CDN for us). Bathroom is clean with all the standard amenities. Bed/mattress is pretty firm, just FYI. Heating/AC is very responsive; a bit too responsive since the room is so small. I had a tough time trying to find the right temperature lol. Great budget hotel to see Osaka region! Good luck ;)
