This room felt big compared to all the other hotels we stayed at in Japan. This is so close to the train station, restaurants, and other places of interest while in Osaka.

A great option for those who want to be literally across the street from a train station! For a triple, our room was the largest we had in Japan with plenty of room for all of us to lay out our various 5 luggages. The hot spring water was an amazing amenity as well!

Very good hotel in a convenient location. JR line across the street; take one stop to Osaka Umeda station and you will have access to most of the rails and metro for Osaka. Lots of eateries around the hotel and the hotel is super clean. A bit small but, hey you are here to sight seeing not to be cooped up in the hotel room.

Very clean hotel rooms! A lot of amenities! Not too far from the subway station. However, they didn't provide laundry service which was very odd for a large hotel. It may have been the language barrier when I asked but I couldn't find it in their directory/information book.

Away from Osaka hectic pace, but central still, accessible if you not confused by Osaka train station. Each track serves multiple routes, got to listen careful for train direction boarding.

The hotel is next to Fukushima Station, very convenient to get around anywhere. There are good restaurants nearby. Staffs are very friendly, room service daily. We will come again next time we come to Osaka.

Ideal location! In front of Fukushima station which is just none stop away from Osaka station. There is a McDonald's, Familymart and Lawson's steps away from the hotel. I didn't buy the breakfast package. So, I can't comment. There are nice restaurants both in the hotel and around. Tully's cafe is right next to the reception. Very handy. Enjoyed their Onsen . No time to use their sauna. Very reasonably priced. I would stay again. The downside is that the hotel nis not spanking new. Age shows. But the staff and service compensate for it!

As a family of four it was wonderful to find accommodations with four separate beds. The hotel is half a block from the train station and has many restaurants in walking distance. The hotel breakfast was amazing and I would highly recommend it.

Hotel was on the Osaka loop line, a station is right across the road. However it is quite a walk to the metro stations. A dining complex and a Tully cafe is located right besides the property. In the area, you can also find plenty of local restaurants. One definite advantage is that the airport limousine stops at the hotel from Itami airport.

Like the spacious room and big twin bed. Reception staff is english speaking and helpful. Room is clean but would like a firmer bed. Also, although non smoking room, can still detect a slight lingering of cigarette smell when you enter. Request for room with city view and high floor and was very very pleased with the view. Hotel is right across JR line Fukushima Station. No subway though, so must use JR line to access any subway line at Umeda subway station. The JR line goes direct to Kansai airport but do ask reception for timetable of train departure. Also take note, that only carriage 1,2,3,4 will arrive at Kansai airport. Plenty of food nearby..

Direct opposite of Fukushima station, many eatery stalls nearby. Room is very clean, quiet and Customer Relation staff is helpful and friendly. Only drawback is no shopping mall around the area.

Great location with several eateries around the hotel. Family mart is right next to it. The best thing is that the hotel is just opposite the train station to goes to airport directly.

My family and I loved our stay here. This was our first time to Osaka and the close proximity of restaurants, convenient stores, and subways made it perfect!! The hotel was clean and the staff were very accommodating. The only trouble we had was the walk to and from the hotel, to get to our bus terminal, which was about 15 minutes away. I will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family!!

Overall is good. We book for 4 people in the room. Room is slightly spacious in comparison to other hotels that we have stayed in. Bed size is big for each person. Hotel is very near to Shin Osaka Station. I hope you do not confuse between Shin Osaka Station and Osaka Station because it is two different station. Friendly staff.
