Great newer hotel. Very sleek designs with comfortable beds and a decent view. Our room looked down on a rooftop so it wasn’t ideal but it wasn’t too bad. The self-service laundry facilities were super useful. Centrally located close to a lot of malls and dining options. Staff were kind. Nice they provided some charging cables.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were polite, helpful and professional throughout my stay. The location was excellent and very convenient for transport, shops and restaurants. The room was quiet and comfortable, and everything worked well. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Very clean rooms and hotel that has all the amenities you would need. Very conveniently located to shopping and train station for day trips. Staff also were very helpful in any requests I had and they also assist with luggage forwarding services to next hotel (cash only for that part so be sure to carry cash). They have a currency exchange machine in the lobby but like most places for convenience the exchange rate is not great but that’s expected anywhere that’s not a bank. Love that the there is a smart pad in the room that you can control lighting, select room service or not/do not disturb mode. Couldn’t really ask for more 10/10 experience.

We had a twin room, quite small compared to our stay in Tokyo at Keio Plaza. No dresser and very little space to hang clothes. The only toiletries offered (other than body wash, shampoo, & conditioner) are toothbrush and razors. No convenience stores in near walking distance, would have to go to Osaka Train Station. Probably would not return or recommend due to the reasons mentioned above. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great housecleaning service

It was a big room compared to what I am used to in Japan. The bathroom was my favorite with a deep and large tub. At check out we were able to let the hotel hold our bag for a hour or two before we fully left. I would book here again.
