Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA

"I chose this hotel because they offer a family room with 4 separate twin beds. Last time we visited Japan we needed to book 2 rooms for 4 of us, so this time I was glad we could all be together. I also chose this hotel for the location and was extremely happy. The hotel is central to numerous shops, restaurants and right next to the subway and train station. Within the same building as the hotel is the Links shops and restaurants. There are massive dining options on floor 8 and also in the basement. We didn’t get a chance to try the hotel restaurant because of the dizzying array of food choices all around the area! If you fly into KIX, you can take the airport limousine bus and one of the stops is the hotel, so super convenient, as we were tired from a long flight. I highly recommend as the price one way was approx $11 USD. Checking in was through a kiosk on the 9th floor reception and they had staff to help us out. They had complimentary coffee/tea and hot water area in the reception area. The hotel was neat and clean. They had water refill stations on the floor. I made use of the in room slippers- surprisingly comfortable! I also fell in love with the pajamas they stocked in the room! Had I known, I would have not packed my pjs for the trip. On floor 1 of the building is Family Mart, a convenience store. You can buy umbrellas, toiletries, and food such as sandwiches, vitamin c and fiber drinks, etc. Again, a huge convenience!"

"I stayed in this hotel and one of the same chain in Tokyo. This branch in Osaka is half the price and twice as big. My room was comfortable enough to move around in. The laundromat had ~4-5 washers and dryers. My favorite amenity was the full Lawson store inside the hotel. There was also a spa. There were restaurants/bars inside the hotel, but it is also located conveniently next to streets and malls full of amazing food."

"My double bed room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Excellent hotel breakfast buffet! I’d highly recommend it because there are few food options around other than convenience stores open before 10 or 11am. The hotel provides free coffee, tea and pop in the lobby and we appreciated the filtered water refill stations on each floor. Washer and dryer machines were small and mediocre but expected compared to home appliances. Walking distance to public transportation. Overall very satisfied and would definitely stay here again."

"This is probably the best hotel we've stayed at in Japan. The hotel was beautifully maintained, had high end amenities, and the room was very spacious for being a Japanese hotel. The bed and room was so comfortable. The location of the hotel was also extremely convenient to stay and get around during the vacation. We will absolutely stay here again."
