Excellent location. So easy to get in to trains and walk to Dontonbori. Breakfast was nice, especially since we had to start the day early heading off to Universal Studios, it made life a lot easier. I would book this place again. I highly recommend.

The staff were incredibly friendly! The bathroom was a little dusty, and the bathroom vent also smelled like cigarettes. None of us smoke, so we assumed the smell must be coming from another room. Staff was super kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and nice overall. Only downside was the bed and blankets weren’t very comfortable. There’s a vending machine and laundry on the 11th floor, a FamilyMart right next door, and the train station entrance is right outside. It’s also right in the middle of the Shinsaibashi-suji strip, so the location is perfect.

The staff exceeded expectations! They are always available to help. They speak fluent English. They help me shipping my luggage to my next destination and they even field the paperwork for me.
