The location is very nice. It close to the market and shopping area. Everything is walkable. Hotel room doesn’t provide full set amenities. The staff checked us in didn’t tell us we can get the amenities at the counter but we overheard another staff Mr. Wu talked to other customers so we asked him to get what we need.

The hotel room was great, it was a good size. It was useful having the washing machine and drier on the same floor. The only downside was that all the rubbish was sorted and collected outside of our hotel room. The location was great, the convenience store is near the entrance, the metro is a minute walk away, the riverside and shopping streets are within walking distance and there is an arcade right next door. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. We transferred our bags from here, the hotel staff arranged everything for us which made it a hassle free process. I highly recommend this property.

The hotel was nice and quiet, we slept soundly. The bed was a bit hard but I didn't really notice since I was so tired from walking around all day. The staff is helpful and they speak English, I was able to communicate with them. The whole check in/check out process was really easy. Our view was nice (we were on the 10th floor). They have basic amenities available like shampoo, conditioner, face wash, razer, even a toothbrush if you ever need them. They had a diner on one of the floors as well. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

The room is clean, and the staff is friendly. However, the pillow is very flat and uncomfortable. We asked for more pillows, but they said they would not provide any. We booked 1 full-size bed for 2 adults; that pair of pillows looks like for 1 adult. This is the first hotel that refused to provide more pillows during my visit. Otherwise, the location is very good, and the room design can fit 3 big suitcases if you flip the chair upside down on the desk.

Excellent friendly staff and clean rooms, breakfast add on was good as well. Downtown noise was a bit much during the evening (to be expected for convenience of being in the main district) so bones was learning, “mimisen arimaska?”
