Despite the fact that there’s no reception, Group Stay management was very responsive to emails. They checked via email to make sure that I got into the room/flat ok. Instructions to access the room/flat were communicated via email at the time of booking. They were concise and easy to follow. Liked the fact that it’s close to Namba station (5 mins walk or maybe even less than that), so its a train ride away from Kansai international airport. This is hard to find at any other hotel unless you book a suite. The only thing I would caution is that at night the restaurant next door would use an extension cord that crosses the entrance of Group Stay to light up their front door light. The extension cord was easy to slip on.
