Üldiselt puhas, kuid natuke "väsinud" (näiteks ei voolanud vesi duširuumis korralikult kiiresti kohe ära - äravool oli aeglane). Sooja vee saamiseks pidi kraanil mõnda aega vett voolata laskma, enne kui sooja vett hakkas tulema.
