Futons in first bedroom are a little thin, I used 2 for double thickness to sleep on. Second bedroom has too many beds (1 double, 1 twin) making it too crowded to even walk around. The unit has a washing machine, but no dryer. To dry the clothes you put them on hangers, hang in the enclosed shower and turn on the heater-ventilator. Clothes are dry in about 2 hours. Works well, but you still have to put everything on hangers, which takes more work than just throwing the clothes in a dryer. I took my washed clothes to the laundromat a few doors away. Everything else was very good.
