Hotel location is easy to find, close to a supermarket and Dotonbori. Room is decent, not on the spacious side, very clean, well equipped with laundry machine and all the kitchen necessities but no proper dining table. Can be noisy on the weekend because the roads are used by motorcycle yankies. Overall, my family is very pleased with our stay.

Great Stay

This property is so close to alot of things. The 7-11 was 1 min away which we loved. Dotonbori was amazing and just a few minutes away. This property has everything you need and more for a very comfortable stay. We'll be back and will book here. Thank you

Close to transport, grocery, convenience stores and cafes. It is a very convenient location to move around Osaka. Comfortable beds but traffic noise was loud at night with motorbikes and police and ambulance sirens.

Had an excellent stay here. It's conveniently located to the train station, coffee shop and restaurants. You have the whole apartment floor yourself. Loved the option of sleeping on a futon or on a bed. Can also do your laundry or cook a meal. Will definitely stay again when I visit Osaka.

The apartment is smaller than expected but the location is good for you to travel around Osaka. The metro station is just 1-2 mins walk and you can access to Namba is just one stop. Dining choice is very limited but there are convenience stores in 3 mins walking distance. Good for couples and small family with limited budget.

The property was clean and tidy - easy checkin and easy to communicate with the property managers we enjoyed our stay here. The only recommendation i would have is if you are staying here try and keep the front windows closed as occasionally there can be some loud traffic. Doesnt affect the property but can be jarring in the early hours.

Clean but small

The place was clean and tidy however small for our family of 5. The bedding wasn’t very comfortable and it hard to get around the beds and didn’t have enough space to put our luggage. Overall we wouldn’t stay again here as it was too small for us.

We stayed in this apartment with our family of 5 and it was a little cosy but fine if you just want a place to sleep. The washing machine was convenient and we loved the option to dry clothes quickly with the bathroom ventilation system. There was nowhere for a family to sit together and eat without packing up the bedding each day, but the kitchen and fridge/freezer were a good size. Good access to shops, restaurants and multiple train stations. A little noisy being on a busy street.

Newer and clean unit. Close to subway station, restaurants and convenient stores. Very friendly and accommodating host. We got there earlier than check in time and he let us store our luggage in the unit so we didn’t have to haul the luggage around town. The unit was ready and he let us checked in lot earlier than expected. Super nice. Highly recommended!

We lost our phone and didn't have the lock box code. Contacted the building representative. And he was nice to meet us at 11pm and give us the code for the apartment key. So above and beyond normal service. Would definitely stay there again. Also, it slept four adults with ease. Perfect experience.

GN98 Osakaminpaku

Minor annoyances for me: Street noise, light sleepers will find this to be a problem. Futons in first bedroom are a little thin, I used 2 for double thickness to sleep on. Second bedroom has too many beds (1 double, 1 twin) making it too crowded to even walk around. The unit has a washing machine, but no dryer. To dry the clothes you put them on hangers, hang in the enclosed shower and turn on the heater-ventilator. Clothes are dry in about 2 hours. Works well, but you still have to put everything on hangers, which takes more work than just throwing the clothes in a dryer. I took my washed clothes to the laundromat a few doors away. Everything else was very good. Clean and well stocked.

After some issues with initial contact, check-in went smoothly. Arrived at 9PM, retrieved my key, and went up to the room. Each unit is the whole floor, so no knocking walks. Unit was secure, very clean/bright, well-equipped, and looked like a recent build. Could’ve fix 6 in this unit easily, so for the 2 of us, the space was ample. Things to note: 1) HS line train station exit 2 is 100 yds from your front door—very convenient. 2) A 7-11 is a 100 yds in the other direction. Stopped there right after dropping bags in the room. 3) a coin laundry is on the way to the train station. Will need this if you want to machine-dry your clothes. Idiots like to review their mopeds at odd-hours of the AM & when others are checking in you can sometimes hear it. But other than that, we had no issues at all. Good price vs. Staying at a hotel, hot water, AC, washing machine/fridge/microwave/gas stove, elevator access, and building security, coupled with location a few minutes from Dotonbori made this a big winner for us.

Cute little apartment with kitchen, laundry, wet shower/bathtub combo. Love that the bathroom was separate with bidet. The beds are comfortable, but awkward since no space to walk or open the closet to use. The tea room/tatami was a nice touch. Not sure who was on the above floor but they were stomping or making a lot of noise after 11pm. The check in process took awhile because i didnt get the keycode by email. They said they sent it but i recieved everything but that. It was frustrating as it took like 30 mins and 3 calls. First call no answer. Second someone said something in japanese and hung up. Third time 3 people barely speak english so it wqs a little frustrating since we were tired. But after that was cleared up we enjoyed our stay. The expedia says dotonbori is 16 min walk away. It was like a 25 min walk. Other than that the subway is close by along with several convenience stores.

The air-conditioning was all effective. Two things we observed in the kitchen as Westerners, the forks were very small to eat the noodles. There should have been a steel pan. There were non stick ones. Else all was good.
