So they speak in Putonghua, but not English or Japanese, but it is ok as there are only Chinese living in the apartment) However, the apartment is too closed to the red-light district, it is a little bit strange for kids and women. Also, there are some Japanese(should be not resident) come in and sit in the lobby at the mid-night.
