Quiet area and nice place to stay at if you are going to the aquarium. Good place to stay if you have kids. 大阪市内まで、電車で結構時間がかかるので大阪港徒歩3分のアクセスはかなり良かったです。 万博会場に一日中いると、疲れてしまうので、昼に３時間ほど抜けて、こちらの宿泊施設に戻って休めました。とは言っても、万博の東ゲートから往復で１時間くらいです。 また、大人3人子ども1人で利用しましたが、部屋も広く落ち着いて過ごせました。 コインランドリーのピエロが近くにあるので、お洗濯がしやすいと思います。（我が家は洗濯機で用がたりました） 以下の点を改善していただけると、より良いかと思います。 ◯お風呂の掃除用の洗剤とスポンジがない。 ◯お風呂のカビ取り（湿気がこもりやすいので、使用後は窓を開けて、換気扇をまわすことを必須とする） ◯お風呂の椅子が低すぎる（浴槽が広かったのは良かった） ##### Kimiyo Stayed 3 洗面台の水が流れず、詰まっていた。中をのぞくとカビだらけでした。なので、全く使えませんでした。 お風呂もかびだらけ。浴槽にもお湯をはりました。掃除がされてないのではないかと思うほど、浴槽の中はザラザラで、白い垢のようなものがふわふわ浮いてきている状態で、給湯口も掃除がされていないのではないかと思います。お風呂を洗うスポンジも置かれてなく、色々と探し、洗面台の棚を開けると、使いかけのシャンプー（倍量の詰め替えタイプ）、コンディショナーは詰め替えのものが、封を切った状態で蓋をされることもなく乱雑に置かれていました。クイックルワイパーのかえと、トイレットペーパーも転がっている状態でおいてありました。（洗面台の下にトイレットペーパーは必要ないかと思いましたが。。。。） ソファーも、中心部がへこみすぎており、下の骨組みが見えている状態でした。なので、少し座るとクッションがズレてきたりしていました。 食器も、きちんと洗っていなかったのか、内側にホコリがついていたり、水垢がついていたり、コップを洗おうと食器用洗剤を使いましたが、水で薄めて使っているのか、シャバシャバで泡立たなかったりもありました。 値段が安かったのはとても良かったですが、清潔感は全くありませんでした。
