Even the guy at the check in asked why I was staying at their hotel. Shared toilet stalls was very tiny and I am 5'4" the bathroom had black mold on the wall the neighborhood had homeless encampments trash all over the streets homeless people walking around half naked cats everywhere guys selling stolen merchandise on the street I smelled like tatami flooring when I woke up. They did have an Onsen which was pretty good I was the only one using it.
