There were barely any utensils in the kitchen, the fan and extractor were very dirty, and there was a shortage of laundry detergent. But the worst part was that communication with the hotel was completely useless and slow. Or do dishes without drying towel or drying rack. Emails said we can leave luggage after 12pm inside door. But there was 2 doors and housekeepers were surprised and kind of mad w einterrupted their process. There was only 3 or so laundry pods so we couldnt complete doing our laundry. Dryer wssher combo didnt dry our stuff so it took 2 days to hang dry. Other, near tram and train station and convenience stores nearby. Spacious. Didnt see the outdoor public bath in pictures of the property.
