We arrived early, and went shopping right away as that's the only day we can do some shopping as the next 2 days will be a busy day tour. We were allowed to leave our bags and luggages at noon time while they clean the room for us. I put on shopping bag on the kitchen counter top next to our luggages. But unfortunately, that one shopping bag was mistakenly thrown by the cleaner. We came back and realized that we were missing one bag, so I messaged the host to inform them about it. The host was accommodating since we started the check in process until the end. The host graciously compensate us. I really appreciate their geture, but it's not about the value of the missing items but the way they communicate with us and very understanding of the situation. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. The room is very spacious, with complete kitchen appliances and the washer is very big plus! Will stay again here for sure!
