The hotel room itself was clean and quite spacious. It's very close to a grocery/general store (\~7 minutes by walking), a convenience store (\~4 minutes by walking), and a metro station (which is by the grocery store). However, the room was very clean and beds were comfortable. I particularly liked that there was a washing machine and a dryer feature in the shower … we managed to dry our clothes! The entire area reeks, and the hotel itself is disgusting. Customer service is useless—we went to the front desk multiple times about our room not being cleaned, and they kept lying that it would be taken care of, but nothing was ever done. The room was filthy, especially under the bed where there was hair, dust, and gunk everywhere. We even switched rooms only to find the exact same mess.
