There was ample room for the two of us, though for four people in the supposed quadruple room, space could be tight. Staff were very responsive to queries - just text them on their web platform. Location was wonderful - entrance to the underground street was right in front of the apartment block. That thoroughfare is connected to two subway stations. For all that convenience, the hotel remainwd a quiet restful place. Check-in and out was very easy. My family and I will definitely stay again next time we visit Osaka. The only thing I have to complain about is the instruction to get to the unit in the welcome package. It is completely wrong. We spent a good 20 minutes at the station looking for the connecting line that doesn’t not even connect to the station. The instruction says a 2 minute walk between the stations. Google map says it was a 49 minute walk.
