The kitchenette countertops weren’t clean either. The spare duvet cover had an odd smell to it and the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that was to be expected. Also despite having access to a laundry machine we weren’t provided laundry detergent. I’m not sure if every hotel in this way so I might be wrong on that front.
