"Very nice hotel. Felt clean and modern. Very close to a metro stop, supermarket and some nice resteraunts. There was AC in the room but it couldnt be controlled, however it was set to a good temperature at most times. "

I mentioned my partners birthday at check-in and on the day they brought her a cake at breakfast and also left prosecco, macaroons and balloons in our room while we were out for the day. "I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The staff became like family for my time there and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention to Angelo, Anna and Elizabeth who always greeted me with such kindness and beautiful smiles. Always happy to have a chat and were genuinely interested in what I had done that day. I needed a late check out and it was mo trouble. Everything was so convenient and the food at the restaurant was incredible especially the risotto and the tiramisu! I will miss it a lot.
