Our stay at Hotel Villa Garni Park was an absolutely lovely experience. Very well positioned in Ortisei - close to a grocery store, nice restaurant selections directly across the street, and most of the town within 5-10 mins walking. The staff at the hotel was super nice and informative, always a nice greeting on arrival and a best wishes for the day when venturing out. We stayed in a family room suite which exceed expectations and we would 100% go back !

This hotel was amazing. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean. Our stay was comfortable and we felt at home! The breakfast was excellent - drinks were made to order and the quality of the food was one of the best we’ve had!

Amazing hotel in the heart of ortisei. Highly recommend. Close to Secada and Alpe de Suisi. Quick walk to bus station. Great room with balcony. Good breakfast with lots of options. Helpful and nice front desk staff. Lots of restaurants near by. Will stay here again for sure.

Nice little hotel

We got a free upgrade which was nice. No issues with the room. Good breakfast every morning. Hotel was walking distance to restaurants and shops and lift to Sedeca. Would stay here again.

Xlnt property, clean and staff very welcoming. Great location - walking distance to Ortesei hub. It was disappointing to learn that if you wanted to use the kitchen in the room you booked , you would be charged an additional 20Euro per night. Also didn’t provide tea and coffee (had to ask for it separately. But everything else was amazeballs

The hotel is in a former villa that was converted into the hotel so the building is very impressive. The grounds of the former villa is now a park. It is located within 5 mins of the airport. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves complimentary breakfast and dinner. The quality of our dinner was OK, not great, but it was convenient. We returned our rental car the night before we were scheduled to depart and hotel sent a van to pick us up. We also took the shuttle to the airport the next morning. Very efficient and convenient.

We could not have picked a better place. Three older adults, they have an elevator and the breakfast was wonderful! Very very clean place from stairway, bathrooms, bedrooms, balconies and breakfast area everything was very clean. Nice calming decore but also comfortable. Would stay here again for sure!!! It’s very convenient for shopping, catching the gondola and restaurants. Everything is accessible by walking.

Clean property but be aware the 4th floor can’t be fully reached with elevator and you have to get luggage up the stairs. The 4th floor rooms are good size but poorly lit for functional uses, like getting ready or reading. Bathroom lighting is fine but the drains were really slow on sink and shower. Breakfast was good but later start than other hotels and might delay you for lifts or activities.

I loved this hotel and the town it’s in. It’s walking distance to so much and the restaurant they recommended us to go to was delicious. The breakfast here was amazing too. Super clean and a very comfortable bed which is hard to come by in Italy. I can’t wait to come back. Amazing service.

The location was amazing, in town with a grocery store right next door. Parking was also very convenient. However, our specific room was a bit dated, especially the bathroom, which featured a small, aging corner shower stall. The seal on the bottom of the shower sliding door had fallen off, which we reported to the hotel. Our patio had a very limited view and mostly looked right into the windows of other rooms.

La chambre était confortable et propre avec un balcon, nous avons très bien dormi le lit étant confortable. Le déjeuner était vraiment savoureux et varié, café de votre choix, jus d’orange fraîchement pressé, saumon fumé, variété de pain et de fromage. Le stationnement bien pratique. La localisation est excellente, seul petit bémol le bruit de la route à proximité pour certains mais ça ne nous a pas incommodé.
