Stunning hotel, perfectly located in the centre of town. Sauna was really excellent. A brilliant stay I would highly recommend.

Very unique reception area, our boys loved the dinosaur skeleton. Room was well equipped, and the window into the bathroom was an interesting touch. The pool wasn't the biggest, but we only used it on the day of our arrival as we were at Rulantica for a couple of days. The waterpark was literally just across the balcony from us which was super convenient. It was really annoying being charged for the baby cot and that wasn't made clear to us ahead of arrival and we have cancelled other hotel...

Great hotel, in great condition and perfect for the theme park. Food on the pricey side but this is usual for most hotels.

Excellent family apartment ideal for short stay visiting Europa Park. Clean accommodation equiped with enough amenities for our short stay. 15 minute walk to park local restaurants near by. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Really friendly team, luxurious, comfortable hotel. 35 minute walk from main town centre (we loved the walk) but very close to European Parliament and with great access to buses and trams. (only thing we didn’t like was overpowering smell from the lillies in the bar).

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the centre of town and about 15 minutes from Petite France....perfect location! A beautiful, historic building mixes with modern comfort inside with silent air conditioning, comfortable beds and spotless bathroom. The complimentary dressing gowns and slippers were a bonus, especially as we had only booked the basic room. All the staff were superb, a 24 hour reception team, speaking excellent English. They were always happy to help with directions, travel...

Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. The breakfast was epic, it’s plain to see how very proud the chefs are, and this is reflected in the quality and range of breakfast items available. Perfect location, perfect room. This was a really wonderful stay, right in the heart of the most beautiful part of Strasbourg. Staff were really helpful and the room and welcome was extraordinary. The best!

First, the location is excellent. The garden walkway into the hotel was very nice and puts you in a really good mood. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was super clean and very nice. It was a very welcoming room that you enjoyed being in. We will stay here from now on.
