The layout of the house was perfect to accommodate our family. Really enjoyed the large lanai, the pool and hot tub. Enjoyed overlooking the pond and walking around the pond on the walkway. Was close to the resorts pool, bar and playground. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful home! Spacious and clean. Stewart and his wife were very kind and responded to our messages very quickly! I would highly recommend staying at their home. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Has a wonderful view of the lake. Peaceful and relaxing place to stay! Top notch service!! 5 star!

The only thing was the one room upstairs the fan didn't work and up there it is warmer. But we got a fan for our guests. Overall enjoyed our stay was pleasant must do it again.

Booked a two night stay through Vrbo. One week out our property was sold out from under us leaving us to find another property for 14 people - not all couples so we needed 7 rooms. Spent many many hours sitting on hold with Vrbo trying to figure out our credit. Long story short not really happy with Vrbo - zero compensation and really not much for an apology or help. Fast forward to this property. Owner was fantastic, property was immaculate and very clean, great area - emerald island. As this property was unavailable for our return trip we had to book in champions gate area - would highly not recommend staying there. Complete gong show and again very little help from Vrbo.

The house is in a nice neighborhood. It looks nice from the outside. All hard surfaces and bathrooms were clean. Back patio area/pool was nice. Main floor bed was comfortable. Light colored carpets were dirty throughout the house. Upstairs beds all super basic, moderately comfortable. Most of the pillows were literally an inch thick. We found 1 bathroom washcloth. Had to buy some at Walmart. Fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms is super loud when it’s on. One of the patio lights/fan doesn’t work. Absolutely NO spices, oils, coffee filters, or any other item you usually find in VRBOs. You will have to go to grocery store and stock the home. Lastly the main A/C unit wasn’t working. It was 81 degrees in the main level. Called property manager and he sent someone over to look at it. 2 hours later still hadn’t heard if it could be fixed. We called manager back and he just said it wasn’t going to be fixed. I asked how he wanted to handle it and he gave us the option to move to a different property but when we looked at the property it wasn’t on the lake (which is the reason we booked the house in the first place). I emailed the property manager back and asked about a discount instead and he didn’t respond. The next day I text him twice and never received a response. Very poor customer service. The whole experience was not what we expected out of VRBOs. We have rented VRBOs many time in and out of the US and this was our worst experience. Corporate rental!

The ice maker was making ice but it would not dispense when the lever was pushed Stewart and Annette were absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about them.

It was great, just the one room upstairs the fan did not work, And was hot upstairs. We bought a fan for our guest though. Also Friday morning on the kitchen counter there was a lot of little roaches and in the garage. But we bought some spray and was good through out our stay. Overall was nice place to stay!
