What a fabulous resort! We were able to check in at 1pm when we arrived with no issue. We utilized the pool area, bars, 2 restaurants, and received spa services. Everyone was welcoming, the property is beautiful, and the room was well appointed. We plan on returning next month for Mothers Day. We travel frequently and this is one of the finest resorts we have stayed at in the Orlando area!

the facility is old; rooms are stale… i had to remind them of my free self-parking amenity ehen they issued me a bill for it in the morning and i never got the room upgrade… breakfast buffet at $28 is not worth it.

Self parking was a little confusing and the distance to and from the parking lot was LONG. They offer tram service but it was few and far between. Luckily the weather was perfect. Had it not have been it would have been miserable.

The perfect hotel that does not break the bank and has resort style amenities without the resort fee. Parking fee is waived for hotel guests and the pools, trails, golf course are very well maintained. Loved our weekend stay.

We just stayed as a family for our break. Rooms were clean, property was pretty quiet, family friendly. The kids loved swimming all day in the many pools, us adults loved the ability to relax. We will definitely stay again!
