Not even 1 star

Posted 21-Mar-2017
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Location was okay
Looks nothing like the pictures or description we didn't check in until after the day at Disney so got there about 10 nobody in line but still took 45 minutes to check in. When we got to the room on second floor balcony walkway was in terrible shape and felt like it may collapse under you. Room was dirty very yellow sheets and absolutely no towels or face clothes to dry your hands. We had 2 rooms and the same in both rooms. Second room had no phone or toilet paper holder toilet paper rolls were on the floor. Had it not been so late we would have left and found another place to stay. Breakfast was a few boxes of cereal and plain bread nothing else so we left and went out for breakfast. Upon checkout there was a line to talk to manager all with the same complaints no towels or soap or shampoo and dirty rooms. I would look elsewhere even to give it 1 star would be generous

Old Hotel that overbooks. It's more like an adult motel without the porn. It needs a major overhaul

Pros: Pool was nice size and clean. Hot tub was wonderful. Would have loved to seen the outdoor bar open. The staff at the main desk were very pleasant.
Cons: Update the rooms, fix the cracks in the walls, new carpet. It's nice to know room was clean; however, the smell was overwhelming.
Location: Location was great and was able to walk to many businesses.
Terrible "Waffle" breakfast. Watched people take the entire loaf of bread and head to the one of three toasters. Housekeeping would clean rooms and take towels but were not replaced with new ones. The door seal wasn't good. A very loud conversation between 2 other guests was taking place and I thought for sure they were in my room. No sink plug and shower was coming off of the wall. Not enough plug ins for lights. Internet connection was terrible. Very hit and miss.

Close to amenities

Posted 14-Mar-2017
Pros: The location
Cons: Almost everything. It is very outdated. The smell in the check-in lobby should have been a warning of the stay at this hotel.
Location: Amusement park, restaurants, shopping
The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The cleaning staff came in once during our stay. However, the rug was filthy and wasn't cleaned under the bed. There was a lamp on each side of the bed but not able to plug in because there were no outlets. This hotel is very outdated and needs major changes.

Overpriced motel -Very Disappointing

Posted 13-Mar-2017
Pros: They had working AC and staff.
Cons: The fitness room, the motel needs to have a full cosmetic and equipment overall.
On the way to my first room, I was already worried the outside walkway on the second floor was carpeted with worn, torn and dirty. Then when I opened the door it smelled like Lysol and the AC was blowing out warm air even though I switched on the temperature to its lowest level. After notifying the front desk I was given a room with a working AC so that was a plus. The resort fee that I paid upon arrival was useless because the "gym" or fitness room was equipped with old and broken machines. My son hurt his leg on a cycling machine which was broken. Don't waste your time or money.Pay the extra $ and go elsewhere if you staying for more than one night.

Needed a room for the night close to Disney.

Posted 12-Mar-2017
Was taking my daughter to Disney for the night for her birthday. Are passholders, and have stayed at Disney resorts, but it was just her and I and we just wanted a clean place to sleep. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. The a/c unit was on the whole time we were in the room, which some people have complained about...I love the added white noise to drown out everything beyond our rooms door. We didn't use the pool or anything, so can't write about that. They offer a breakfast...if dry white bread and generic fruit loops are consodered a " Continental breakfast". Overall, for me and what I needed for the night, it was a great value and clean. Would stay here again.
