My overall stay was a 3 due to upon checking in. We got there around 9:30 am due to early flight. The room wasn't ready yet so we left and went to pick up things for room like grocery etc. When we arrived back to hotel around 11am, the room still wasn't ready due to it having to be inspected. We were finally allowed to check around 1:30pm, so you can imaginr how exhausted we all were. This was very inconvenient. I have never had this issue with other hotels in Orlando as far as early check-ins.

They invited us to attend presentation and offered to return the fees that had been charge to upgrade our room. The sales people were very aggressive and treated us poorly. They went as far as throwing papers when they realized we were not going to commit to purchase, even though we had stated that from the very beginning.

The property is great. The units are spacious and clean. We enjoyed the playgrounds. There are other amenities such as hammocks and swimming pools. We didnā€™t use them but we saw other guests enjoying them. Very close to the Disney parks! The only thing I find to be a negative is how pushy the sales people are about selling the timeshares. There were two salesmen that were very rude to my dad when he attended the presentation.
