Everything was great . Luis in the lobby were amazing and so helpful. Breakfast was ok but I would recommend less oil and more cooking time , it was undercooked and too greasy. However the other options were pretty good!

The front was being repaved, a little annoying we couldn’t pull up with our luggage. There was never anyone at the front desk, had to go out of my way to get someone 3 different times. All the staff was very polite and helpful. The room was a little outdated but very spacious and clean. Our tv remote wasn’t working, someone came to the room right away and gave us a replacement remote. Over all, for the value I would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for the review, we are sorry that the driveway had just been repainted and was in the process of drying, but there was always one lane open. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We will look into this concerned you mentioned. Our guest rooms were just renovated at the end of last year, we are sorry it was not up to your expectations. Staff was really nice and friendly. Hot breakfast was really good and nice. Small nitty gritty like bathroom door was kind of dated and swollen with moisture so closed with quite a push but that’s alright. Overall, good stay. We may come again.

The only mistake we made is they gave us a room on the first floor so of course it was very noisy. I would stay there again.

We stayed overnight between days at DIsney parks. The location is fantastic. Check in and out was easy. Coffee pods in the room, fridge and microwave. Breakfast was simple but satisfying and good. Plenty of seating at breakfast. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean and well maintained. Would certainly stay there again.

The family trip in April to Disney was a success and this hotel was one of the reasons. The cost was low but the service and of the staff were high! Always a pleasure staying here and will be back for our monthly trip to Kissimmee 👍

Great place to stay for the money. Was disappointed in the shuttle. It inly ran two times a day so we ended up driving to Disney.

A great experience it’s just some areas were not well lit. You need more lighting in the parking areas on the side. Otherwise it was nice and quiet and will come back again.

It’s a great property minutes away from Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom. They have a good variety of breakfast options. The room, overall, is neat and tidy. Only thing they can improve on is that the floor is a little dirty and can have some additional vacuuming done.

Average hotel. Facilities are dated and the corners of the room and bathroom weren’t especially clean. Rooms were quite small. Breakfast also just average.

Friendly and very helpful staff, clean, quiet, very good wifi, free breakfast with good selection of hot and cold items. Beds are comfortable and AC worked well, double sink bathroom and shower worked well. Walking distance to restaurants and Walmart/CVS. Shuttle to/from theme parks were on time. Overall great value.

This is a solid location with reliable accommodation. The free breakfast is exactly as expected: bagels, cream cheese, pancakes (robotically) to order, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee, various different egg/meat combinations every day…not surprising or outstanding…but solidly reliable. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool is decent sized and also clean. The parking is easy and the staff is friendly. Best feature is the easy access to Disney.

We had a great stay and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are modern and well kept. The pool was fun and breakfast was great. The only issue we had was with the shuttle to Disneyworld. The bus company needs to do a better job of letting passengers know if they are not parked in the spot they say they will be. We missed our bus one night because he was not parked in the stall allocated for him and parked near another curb. We did not take the shuttle in the morning so did not know what it looked like. The Hotel Manager was very understanding and we were told we would be compensated for having to take an Uber.

This property is a hidden gem. It is an older property but very clean, quiet and so convenient. Everything you need is in walking distance. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This was a perfect spot for our 1 day visit to Disney. The breakfast was nothing special, but fueled us up well and provided snacks forbyhe day. The rooms were clean anf spacious. The location was extremely close to Disney.
