Great spot! You can Uber to Disney back and forth from your room and it’s the same or less than parking. Host was super nice and accommodating we needed up extending our stay. Room had everything you need and we never had any issues.

Adorable and accurate listing
This condo is in a perfect location to Disney. The neighborhood is very well maintained. The listing of this property has to be the most accurate I’ve ever stayed in and the cleanest. The comments I read about needing maybe black out curtains or blinds was accurate, due to a large light for the property outside the window, but it wasn’t anything that would cause me to complain about. This is definitely where I will be staying on my yearly trip to Disney in February.

Nice location, seems safe
The location was very good, like 10 minutes to Disney, walmart is close by. Just a couple complaints really, the lights from the pool area stay on all night long. Its like 7:00 am all night long. I put up the spare blankets on the bedroom window which helped a lot. Blackout curtians on the bedroom and living room would be the solution. Then the pillows are the worst. Some soft highend pillows would be nice.

Perfect Place
This place was AMAZING! It was exactly as pictured, super cute, very clean and super convenient to everything. Had all the necessary items to cook a meal. Communication was great with owner, very quick to respond everytime I messaged him. Pool was super warm and clean. Property was well maintained. I will definitely be staying at Marks place again! Home away from Home!!
This was a Fantastic home during our vacay. The pics match the home to the T. It was immaculately clean I can literally eat off the floor lol it was so cute and cozy and me and my family were very comfortable in and around the complex . The location was really really great close to everything!! The owner was so awesome communicating with us on arrival to make sure we had everything and if we needed anything. We will definitely stay again and I recommend this condo!! Thanks Mark for sharing your Beautiful home with me and my family !

For anyone wanting something close to the Disney Parks this is it. Our longest trip probably 15 minutes to the magic Kingdom. It was small probably best for two or three said it could sleep six. Only complaint would be it faced the pool and they left the lights around the pool on all night and the curtains were super thin letting a lot of light in at night.

Great location for Disney visit!
The property was as described, easy check in, close to shopping/restaurants, and 10-15 minute drive to Disney parks with little traffic. The grounds are nice and the pool is clean and big! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Convenient
The accommodations were as described. The only negative was that you could hear everything from other people staying. The walls seemed very thin as we could hear a baby crying every night. We are fairly easy going so it didn't disrupt enough to be an issue but just be aware of that. Overall easy to get to and easy to get to Universal and Disney as we needed.

Great little get away!
If you want a cute little stopping point to be your base to go to the parks all day, this is it! We made breakfast and lunch most days in the mini kitchen and just loved the sparkling clean pool and hot tub. We really liked the cleanliness and amazing responsiveness of the host when we needed a little help. Over all awesome !

Great location
We opted to not stay on Disney property this time, and this location was perfect. Very quick drive to any of the parks. 15 minutes was our longest commute! As a bonus, there are lots of great restaurant options close by, and a publix grocery store. It was a great fit for us!

The condo looked exactly like it did in the pictures and was perfectly clean and functional! It's not a big space but good for a homebase for adventures. Wish the pool was open past 9 but understand there might have been some noise problems before.

Great location for parks
The property was very clean and located in a safe and great location with close proximity to Disney and universal studios, which was the primary reason for our visit. It worked well for our family of five. The linens were nice and there were plenty of towels. We only used the kitchenette for breakfast, which was our goal- but if you wanted to cook a larger meal it would probably be difficult. But again, everything in the unit functioned well.

Cute Condo!
The condo unit was just like the pictures. Very colorful and convenient to Disney attractions (Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom). We even did a day trip to Cocoa Beach, which was about 70 minutes away. We didn't have time to use the pool but it does close at 6 PM so no night swimming. The place was well maintained.

This premiere host really knows their stuff. Beautiful condo so close to attractions and departure points. Comfy full size beds. Laundry on site. Check pool times. Wi-Fi can be slow. Pool is perfect size and temp. Roku super cool. DoorDash super fast. Absolutely lovely visit!

Great location for Disney and Sea World Vacations!
This condo was the perfect spot for our family of 4. With 2 children under the age of 5, it’s in a prime location to Disney and Sea World. We loved the easy access to Publix, Cold Stone, and restaurants. The owners were fabulous in constant communication with us to make sure we were satisfied. The kitchen area is perfect and separated from the bedroom so the kids can still sleep without hearing noise. We also enjoyed the pool! We’d highly recommend working with these owners and staying again.

So close to Disney!
We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette trip! Perfect size for 4 girls. It was the perfect distance from Disney. I’m almost 7 months pregnant. This place was close enough that I left my sister and her two friends at the park mid-day for a nap! It was clean, super cute, and just perfect for us! Recommend 10/10!

Host is a liar, dirty covid-unfriendly apartment
I stayed with my boyfriend for a long weekend. We arrived to the condo to find multiple areas with long black hair, neither of us have the length or color. There was hair on the doors of the shower, on the bathroom floor, and a giant clump on the bathroom vanity. Not only is it disgusting, but they obviously aren’t taking cleaning seriously during a worldwide, deadly pandemic. I brought these issues up to the host and they offered nothing but refunding $40 of the cleaning fee if I promised to not write a review. They then ghosted me, never responded, and never refunded. So here’s my 100% honest review. Would not recommend.

This review is absolute LIE! That being said we are always trying our best to accommodate our guest and though we will never admit we never make mistakes, this review is absolute lie. On two separate occasions we asked you how you're stay with us was and no reply. On the very last day, of your stay, you complained about hair and when we asked for proof you had none! We get request like this all the time and we know people like yourself are always trying to scam the owner for a refund. Fortunately we aren't new to hosting and we have over 4000 reviews not only as a premier partner but also superhost. This review is a 100% scam and we will not be extorted.

Perfect location for Disney trip!
From the booking process to the morning we left to come back home, it was a SMOOTH and STRESS FREE experience. We had no issues that needed to the property manager, but I’m sure it would have been a great experience as well. The owner checked on us throughout the stay to make sure all was well! It was the perfect stay if you are visiting Walt Disney World. We would highly recommend this place if you need a getaway like we did!

Great place! Definitely recommend it!
We are usually very picky when choosing a place to stay and this place definitely passed the test! Also, It’s close to the Disney parks so if you’re trying to find something near there we highly recommend it! It was super clean and cozy! We did have one issue where the breaker tripped and the A/C wasn’t working but Fernando came and fixed it so quickly and we had no other issues. Community was great when we asked questions. We always got quick responses.

Family Emergency- Extended Trip - Relaxing, pleasant & Hassle Free Stay!
I love the brightness and cheeriness of this location. Everything was minimalistic which was great for smaller children. Once I moved the coffee table -they could freely play without any fear of breaking something or hurting themselves. There is a shared washer and dryer so bring your singles if you expect to use it. Vending machines...great outdoor pool area right out our window. Sidewalks to actually take a walk on. Within 5-10 minutes of Walmart and target and many many restaurants - my face was Mr. and Mrs Crab ;: --Access was easy, plenty of parking; noise level was fine; a frog came into the window - spoke and then left...that was funny!! Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay w/ family!
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property over the 4 days we stayed in Orlando. The location was very close to all the Disney parks and ESPN wide world of sports where we spent majority of our time. The restaurants around the property made it easy to get food off the Disney property and keep costs down. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Disneyworld area for a reasonable price and great accommodations.

Awesome place, location is perfect if you’re planning visit parks, you have close markets restaurants and pharmacies. The place is very clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay. The property was well maintained and very clean. It had all of the basics needed. It is right near the pool area. When we arrived, it was noisy, but that was during the day. After nightfall, there were no issues with noise at all. It was such an easy and convenient place, right off of the main drag in Kissimmee. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

Sweet little condo. Warning, Noisy by the pool til 11pm.
Very cute little condo! Perfect for a couple. Only problem we had was all of the noise coming from the pool which is right outside the second floor condo. Worst was at night when the kids would be playing in the pool screaming and yelling til 11pm. I really liked the condo, just not the location by the pool:(

Pros and cons
The best part of this property is the location. Close to Disneyworld parks and nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. The cons are: minimal kitchen basics, no dish rack, the bathroom smelled musty and was dirty. Needs hooks to hang towels. If you want quiet in this place, be aware it’s next to the pool so it isn’t quiet if there are late swimmers. Overall for the price it so good value. The bathroom needs to be cleaned around the tub and tiles.

Beautiful and Convenient!
This place was perfect for a trip to Disneyworld. It had great amenities and was a short drive to the parks. We took uber one day it cost 8 dollars both ways for the whole family. Mark and John were very responsive and great hosts! Love it and would not hesitate to stay here again!
